2.5 KYC Verification. greenjili is required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your greenjili account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. greenjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify greenjili immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. greenjili will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your greenjili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices you use to access greenjili are free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. greenjili recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. greenjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). greenjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. greenjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. greenjili reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. greenjili complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. greenjili reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. 4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. greenjili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by greenjili are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. greenjili is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry.
5.5 Modification of Promotions. greenjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 6.4 Disconnection Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the greenjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, greenjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your greenjili account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. greenjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if greenjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Force Majeure. greenjili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
